Kaloft information center
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what Kaloft collects, how we use it, when it is shared, and the choices you have. It applies to the Kaloft mobile app, web service, and admin tools.
Effective July 11, 2026
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide or generate while using Kaloft: account email, nickname or name, login provider, provider account identifiers, email verification and password-reset activity, session status, profile details such as age, birthday, gender, height, weight, optional body measurements, skin tone, style preferences, fit preferences, favorite colors, dress codes, and avoid notes.
2. Photos, wardrobe data, and AI results
When you use styling features, we collect and process the photos and related records you submit or create, including full-body portrait photos, Style Portraits, wardrobe photos, extracted garment images, garment names, categories, colors, materials, seasons, source outfit photos, selected item photos, outfit requests, itinerary and occasion text, weather snapshots, generated outfit descriptions, generated try-on images, and task status records.
3. Device, usage, and operational data
We collect technical and operational data needed to run the service, such as API requests, job identifiers, task status, errors, timestamps, Credits ledger entries, subscription records, plan and wardrobe capacity, model provider call metadata, model names, token counts, latency, and admin audit information. We may process approximate location or latitude and longitude when you use weather-aware outfit features.
4. Authentication and local storage
Email passwords are sent to the server for authentication and are stored server-side as password hashes. Kaloft stores session tokens on your device so you can stay signed in. If you choose the remember-password option, the app stores the remembered password locally using device secure storage. Google and Apple sign-in data is used to verify your account with those providers.
5. How we use information
We use information to create and secure your account, verify email and social login, send verification or password-reset emails, save your profile, create Style Portraits, extract clothing, build wardrobe records, select outfit candidates, generate outfits and try-on images, calculate and reserve Credits, manage subscriptions, show history, provide support, debug failures, protect against abuse, improve reliability, and comply with law.
6. AI and service providers
Kaloft may send your submitted photos, generated images, profile details, wardrobe metadata, outfit request text, selected garment data, and weather context to service providers that help operate requested features. These providers may include cloud storage, databases, queues, email delivery, payment processing, Apple, Google, weather services, and AI or image-generation providers. They are allowed to process information only as needed to provide their services to Kaloft and are not permitted by Kaloft to sell your personal information.
7. Human access and admin tools
Authorized Kaloft operators may access account records, task records, media previews, generated results, provider-call logs, and billing or Credit records through admin tools when needed for support, security, quality investigation, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service operations. Access should be limited to personnel with a business need.
8. We do not sell personal information
Kaloft does not sell your personal information and does not use your activity across other companies' apps or websites for targeted advertising. If Kaloft later adds advertising attribution or cross-app tracking that requires platform consent, the app will request that permission before such tracking begins where required.
9. Your choices and controls
You can update your profile, replace your portrait, remove wardrobe items, delete outfit requests, cancel supported subscriptions, sign out, or contact support. Some records may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, billing records, provider records, fraud-prevention systems, legal records, or internal ledgers where retention is necessary or required.
10. Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide Kaloft, maintain account and billing records, resolve disputes, enforce Terms, prevent abuse, debug tasks, comply with legal obligations, and maintain backups. Deleting an item in the app removes it from active product views where supported; complete deletion from backups, logs, storage replicas, and service-provider systems may take additional time. To request account or data deletion, contact support@kaloft.com from the email associated with your account.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as authenticated APIs, device secure storage for local session data, access controls, signed media access where configured, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should protect your device, email account, and sign-in credentials.
12. International processing
Kaloft and its providers may process and store information in countries or regions other than where you live. Data protection rules may differ by location. We take steps intended to protect information according to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
13. Children
Kaloft is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Kaloft without appropriate consent, contact support@kaloft.com so we can review and take appropriate action.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app, providers, laws, or business practices change. We will update the effective date below when material changes are published. Continued use of Kaloft after an update means the updated policy applies, unless applicable law requires a different process.
15. Contact
For privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, or other account requests, contact support@kaloft.com.
